We cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped out and in transit.
Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you may request a cancellation, and we'll process a full refund, including the shipping cost.
If you request a cancellation 30 minutes after placing an order, we'll process a refund, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We cannot cancel orders once they get processed and shipped out. If your order has been shipped out, you may return the product once you receive it. Please refer to our return policy.
