How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

At this moment, all accessories and hats will be shipped from our fulfillment centers. Orders that contain items from our fulfillment centers will be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple boxes at different times. The estimated shipping time shown on checkout may not be applied to orders that contain items shipped from our fulfillment centers. 

All orders will be shipped via USPS when possible. Shipping rates are all calculated by USPS or by another shipping partner. Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the items. Orders $65 and over are eligible for free shipping; limitations may apply

We will ship out orders as fast as possible, but please allow for up to 7 business days to process and verify your order. In addition, allow for a certain amount of business days for shipping and delivery depending on the chosen shipping method.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?

Your confirmation email should be sent out on the day of your order. You may not receive an order confirmation email if you have entered in the wrong email, or if the product you bought is no longer available.

If you do not receive a confirmation email the day you ordered your item, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don't see an order confirmation email, please contact us at support@classienewyork.com with your order number, full name, email, and your situation. 

Where is my shipment tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. You may receive more than one tracking number if your order contains multiple items. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact support@classienewyork.com with your order number, full name, email, and your situation. 

Please note that pre-order items will not be shipped until that product releases or becomes available.

Why are the items in my order being shipped separately?

At this moment, all accessories and hats will be shipped from our fulfillment centers. Orders that contain items from our fulfillment centers will be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple boxes at different times. The estimated shipping time shown on checkout may not be applied to orders that contain items shipped from our fulfillment centers. 

Items may also be shipped separately if one product is available before the other product. 

I feel like the product I received was damaged or defective.

Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery if you received a damaged or defective item! We will evaluate the situation and proceed with further instructions.

Order Number, Ordering Email, Your request, and Photograph demonstrating the issue or damaged area of the product.

We will refund or replace your item(s) free of any charge.

Is there international shipping?

We deliver to over 200 countries and territories! Please enter your shipping information at check out to see if your region is available for shipping and delivery.  

May I use a different currency on your website?

We support 10 different currencies at the moment. Please go to our Currency Selector to change the store currency.

Are products limited and do you re-stock your inventory?

All, if not most of our products are very limited in quantity. We rarely re-stock inventory if it does run out. Product availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

I never received a shipping conformation.

If your order included items that were either on Pre-order or Back-order, allow for additional processing time. The estimated shipping date for Pre-order or Back-ordered items is available in the product description of those items.

If you believe your order did not consist of any Pre-order or Back-ordered items, and did not receive a shipping conformation, please contact us!

When will my Pre-Order ship?

Pre-orders will have an estimated shipping time in the description of the product. All pre-orders will be shipped out as soon as possible and will have fulfillment priority over the non-pre-order counterpart when it releases. 

Are Pre-Orders subject to change?

All pre-orders are subject to change. There may be slight appearance and material changes in pre-order items when it releases compared to the original product image and description.

There may also be price changes on Pre-order items. If the final released price is lower compared to your order of a pre-ordered item, you will have 7-days from the date of release to contact us and request a price difference refund in store credit.

On the rare occasion that a product is discontinued or canceled before release, you will be refunded the full amount to your original payment method.

Do you offer price difference refunds?

Prices of items may change at any time. To make sure you buy items at the lowest price, we offer a 7-day price difference policy. If you bought an item for more than what it's selling at in the 7 day period after your purchase, you may request for a price difference refund in store credit, or to your original payment method if debit or credit was used. This policy excludes prices obtained by promo codes or store wide deals and sales.    

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Other payment methods may be available in checkout.

How can I return my order?

There is a 5-day return period from the date of receiving the item or product.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you will have 3-days from the date of receiving the item or product to report the issue.
